The main Reports view displays a list of all the reports generated, along with the information needed to identify them correctly. From this view, you can observe the status of the reports, download those already generated and delete past reports.
The central table shows the reports. You can filter your content using the selector at the top left, under the "Report" label. We can also select the data to be displayed in this table through the filters in the table, placed in the upper right corner.
The data presented in the table are:
- Report: Identifies the type of report (Flow, Daily Consumption)
- Status: Displays the availability of the report (e.g., Created, In Progress)
- Period: indicates the period of time for which this data has been requested, showing the start and end date of the period.
- Date of request: indicates the date on which the report was requested.
The report can only be downloaded in the "Created" status. It may take a few minutes for the state to change.
