Create Account #

To start using the application, the first thing is to create your user account 

  1. Open the app and tap on "Register here"

  2. Enter the data

  3. Accept the terms and conditions

  4. Click on "Create account". You will receive an email to validate your account.

You won't be able to access the app if the email isn't validated.

Validate Email #

Validating your email is a crucial step in securing your account. 

  1. Open the email we sent you to the address you provided. 

  2. Click on the validation link in the message.

  3. You will be redirected to the app, where your account will be activated.

Log in with your email and the password you have defined, if it is the first time you access the app we will welcome you back with a small onboarding to enter the SPHERAG universe.

Let's go to the first step, create your first farm. 

Create Farm #

A farm represents the physical location of your irrigation sectors and elements. 

If it is the first time you access this is the only action you can perform, if you already have a farm and you want to create another one you can access the list of farms that we will see in "My Farms" from "Menu"

  1. Click on the "Create farm" button

  2. Give your farm a name (e.g. "Smart Irrigation Farm")

  3. Enter its location on the map.
    Clicking on the location field will display a map showing your current geolocation (you need to approve the geolocation permissions on your mobile phone.) You can also search for the location of the farm from the search engine at the top right. Click on the point on the map where you want to locate your farm, when the "pin" is displayed on the map you can save the location. If you want to modify it, you must delete it by clicking on the trash can and repeat the process.

  4. Choose the unit system you want to work with and visualize the data on your farm.

  5. Choose the currency you want to view your data with.

  6. Save your changes.

The selected location on the farm will center the map display on the main screen. Once the farm is created, if it is the first, the application will take you to scan the QR code of your first Atlas

Edit Farm #

You can modify the details of your farm at any time from "Menu" 

  1. Go to the "My Farms" section 

  1. In the list of farms, select the one you want to edit 

  1. Modify any of the fields that appear, including the location field, as needed. 

  1. Save your changes to be applied. 

Keep in mind that when you change the farm unit system, some of the data you see may have changed.

Favorite farm #

Bookmark a favorite farm to access it quickly from the home screen. If you only have one farm, that will be the favorite.

When you have more than one farm: 

  1. In the list of farms, look for the one you want to highlight. 

  2. Tap on the star icon.

  3. The star will be marked and every time you enter the application it will be the first farm you see.

From the main screens, you can navigate between farms from the selector with the name of the current farm at the top of the app.

Delete farm #

If you no longer manage a farm, you can remove it from your account, before this you will have had to delete all the elements and functionalities created in it.

  1. In the list of farms, find the one you want to delete. 

  2. Tap on it and scroll down to the bottom of the screen where you will see the "Delete" option

  3. Confirm the action

Attention! This action is irreversible and all data associated with it will be deleted.
