The "User Data" section allows you to manage your personal information and account security settings, such as changing your details and password.
- Name and surname. You show your data registered on the platform that can be edited
- Email. Display the email address associated with your account. This field is not editable and identifies the user's account.
- Telephone. From here you can modify the phone if you need it and its subsequent validation.
- Language, You can select the language of the app. Tap on the field to open a selector and choose your preferred language.
If you make any changes to the fields listed above, the "Save Changes" button will be enabled to apply the modifications.
Change password #
To change your password for security reasons or if you have forgotten it.
- From the "User Details" screen, click on the "Change password" option and you will be directed to the "Change password" screen
- Enter current password in the first field. It is necessary to verify your identity before allowing the change.
- New password: Enter your new password. Make sure it meets safety requirements
- Minimum 8 characters
- It should include letters and numbers.
- It must combine upper and lower case letters.
- It should include special characters (e.g. !, @, #, $).
- Tip: The crossed-out eye icon ( 👁️ ) lets you show or hide your password as you type it.
- Confirm the new password by typing it again in the next field
- Tap the "Save New Password" button to finalize the change.
Validate phone number #
Validating your phone number is a critical step in receiving critical system alerts. By validating your number, you enable SMS notifications for important events such as pressure alerts, level or system failures, ensuring that you are informed instantly.
- Go to your profile and select "User details"
- You'll see the "Phone" field. If your number hasn't been verified yet, you'll see a warning message.
- Click on the "Validate" link shown in the notice
- You will be directed to the "Validate Phone" screen. At this time, we will send you an SMS with a validation code to the number you have on file.
- Enter the code received in the "Validation code" field
- Click on the "Validate" button
If the code is correct, you will automatically return to the "User data" screen. A success message will appear below the phone field.
If the code is incorrect or an error occurs during the process, an error message will appear. In this case, you can go back to start the process again.
Delete account #
If you decide that you no longer want to use the app and want to delete all of your data, you can do so by following these steps. Keep in mind that this action is irreversible.
- Go to your profile and select "User details"
- At the bottom of the "User data" screen, click on the "Delete account" option
- A pop-up window will open. To proceed with the deletion and ensure that it is not an accidental error, you will be prompted to type the word "DELETE" in the enabled text field.
- Press the "Delete" button to definitively confirm the deletion of the account.
Upon confirmation, your account and all associated data (farms, Atlas, programs, history, etc.) will be permanently deleted from the platform. This action cannot be undone.
