Account and community management

Create irrigation community#

You can access the irrigation community video tutorials if you have any questions.

  1. Click on the "Create" button
  2. Give your community a name (e.g. "Community A")
  3. Choose the unit system you want to work with and use to display the data in your community.
  4. Choose the currency you want to view your data with.
  5. Enter the total number of hectares in the community.
  6. Enter its location on the map. Move around the map by clicking and dragging, or zoom by holding down the "Ctrl" key and using the mouse wheel. You can also search for the location of the community from the search bar at the top right.
    Click on the point on the map where you want to locate your community. When the "pin" appears on the map, you can save the location.
    If you want to modify it, delete it by clicking the trash icon and repeat the process.
  7. Save your changes.

The selected location in the community will center the map display on the main screen.

Irrigation shifts#

  • Controlled-demand irrigation (default): The administrator and community managers will be able to automate irrigation shifts in a program board.
  • Irrigation by request and concession: Growers in the community will be able to make irrigation requests through the platform that the administrator and managers will be able to approve in addition to automating them from the panel.
  • Manual action: Growers in the community can manually operate the valves of their associated hydrants.

The definition of irrigation shifts is global for the entire Irrigation Community. You can access and change these settings at any time through your community account settings.

Edit irrigation community#

You can edit your community details at any time from Settings. To access the settings, you must go to your user's section and select the Settings section.

  1. Go to your user profile "User@example.com"
  2. From the list of options select "Settings"
  3. Modify any of the fields, including the location, as needed.
  4. Save your changes to be applied.

Note that when you change the community unit system, some of the displayed data may change.

Edit irrigation shifts#

If you want to modify how the irrigation shifts of the growers of the community are going to be defined, you can do so through the account settings.

In the Settings section, look for the “Irrigation Shifts” option.

  1. Click on the "Edit" button.
  2. Confirm the operation.
  3. Select from one of the irrigation shift modes.
  4. Save the option
  5. Confirm the operation again

Warning! This modification may affect the permissions users have over hydrants.

Edit admin user data#

The User Data section allows you to manage your personal information and security settings, such as updating your details or password.

  • Name and surname. You show your data registered on the platform that can be edited
  • Email. Display the email address associated with your account. This field is not editable and identifies the user's account.
  • Phone: Here you can update your phone number and complete its validation.
  • Language. You can select the language of the app. Click on the field to open a selector and choose your preferred language.

If you make any changes to the fields listed above, click the "Save" button to confirm the modifications.

Change password#

To change your password for security reasons or if you have forgotten it.

From the User Data screen, click on the "Change password" option and you will be directed to the "Change password" screen

  1. Enter current password in the first field. It is necessary to verify your identity before allowing the change.
  2. New password: Enter your new password. Make sure it meets safety requirements

    • Minimum 8 characters
    • It should include letters and numbers.
    • It must combine upper and lower case letters.
    • It should include special characters (e.g. !, @, #, $).

  3. Confirm the new password by typing it again in the next field
  4. Click “Save New Password” to finalize the change

Validate phone number#

Validating your phone number is an essential step for receiving important system alerts. By validating your number, you enable SMS notifications for important events such as pressure alerts, level or system failures, ensuring that you are informed instantly.

  1. Go to your profile and select "User details"
  2. You'll see the "Phone" field. If your number hasn't been verified yet, you'll see a warning message.
  3. Click on the "Validate" link shown in the notice
  4. You will be directed to the "Validate Phone" screen. At this time, we will send you an SMS with a validation code to the number you have on file.
  5. Enter the code received in the "Validation code" field
  6. Click on the "Validate" button

If the code is correct, you'll automatically be taken back to the User Data screen. A success message will appear below the phone field.

If the code is incorrect or an error occurs, an error message will appear. In this case, you can go back to start the process again.

Delete irrigation community#

If you decide that you no longer want to use the app and want to delete all community data, you can do so by following these steps. Keep in mind that this action is irreversible.

  1. Go to your profile and select "Settings"
  2. At the bottom of the Settings screen, click on the "Delete community" option
  3. A pop-up window will open. To proceed with the deletion and ensure that it is not an accidental error, you will be asked to type the name of the community in the enabled text field.
  4. Press the "Delete" button to definitively confirm the deletion of the account.

This action will delete the entire community. Before proceeding, make sure that there are no active devices, elements, or functionalities installed. Delete everything to proceed."
